Yoga (Monday Gentle)
Monday Night Gentle Yoga
This is a gentle to moderate yoga class. Floor mats are used with modifications available for all poses. Walk ins are welcome with a maximum class size of 15. Debbie is a certified yoga instructor with years of experience and uses a variety of yoga styles including Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and Vinyasa flow yoga. No experience required. NOTE: Class is only taught 4 Mondays per month.
Activity time: The first four Mondays of each month from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Activity location: The Aerobics Room
Cost: First class no charge, then $5 per class; monthly rates are available
