Vizcaya Maintenance Association Board of Directors

The Vizcaya Maintenance Association Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of all shared spaces and common areas throughout the entire Vizcaya community. This board includes representatives from both the Heritage and Traditions neighborhoods, working together to ensure that Vizcaya remains clean, safe, and beautifully maintained for all residents. Each community's Board of Directors appoints its 2 representatives to serve on the Maintenance Board.
