Vizcaya Community
About the Vizcaya Homeowners Associations
Heritage at Vizcaya isn't a retirement community, it is a vibrant, active lifestyle community and we want to help you take advantage of all it has to offer. The community is governed
by a three-tiered HOA structure: the Heritage community association (a 55+ active adult enclave), the Traditions community association (all-ages), and the master Maintenance association. Together, they manage property standards, lifestyle events, and shared amenities. A property management company, CCMC, is paid to oversee the entire Vizcaya community and is led by a local community manager.
HOA dues include fees specific to each community (Heritage or Traditions) plus a maintenance association fee per household.
