Policies & Room Rentals
The Association is an age-restricted community. The Lodge is meant primarily for the enjoyment of Members and Occupants of the Association. Guests may be accommodated only when such accommodation does not infringe upon the convenience or rights of Members and Occupants. Further, while every e ort is made to provide comfortable use of The Lodge by all Facility Users, The Lodge is not intended to serve the general public and therefore will not always have specifications similar to those found in public accommodations. While the Association will attempt to accommodate Facility Users with special needs, it reserves the right to charge fees to those Facility Users for providing special accommodations.
