Make a Difference in Our Neighborhood: Join a Heritage Committee
Posted on Oct 22nd, 2026
Do you love keeping Heritage at Vizcaya a beautiful, friendly, and lively place to call home? Our community stays wonderful because residents like you are willing to share their time and ideas, including gathering input from neighbors to help solve problems.  Some of these roles are time intensive, but it is time well spent on important and worthwhile tasks.

Right now, we have five resident-led working groups that assist our Board of Directors. These groups help care for our shared spaces, plan fun events, and keep our neighborhood connected.

If you want to use your unique skills to help our neighborhood thrive, please look over our active committees below:

Communications Committee: Help us find the best ways to share neighborhood news, improve community engagement, and keep an open line of conversation between residents and the Board.
Finance Committee: Review our association financial records to make sure our community budget stays clear, safe, and based on smart business choices.
Governance Committee: Read through our community guidelines and suggest updates that match our shared values, goals, and mission.
Landscape Committee: Help choose the best ways to care for our beautiful common lawns, plants, and shared outdoor spaces.
Social Committee: Plan, organize, and host the fun neighborhood gatherings and special events that bring us all together.
