When you sell or buy a home in the community, state law requires that the buyer receive a "Resale Package" of information about our homeowners association (HOA). This is to ensure they are fully informed about the community before they buy.
The Resale Package contains important documents, such as:
• The current budget and financial standing of the HOA.
• Any current or pending violations related to the property.
• The community's rules and regulations.
