H2O Fit
 
H2O Fit is a low-impact, high-energy aerobics class held in the Heritage pool, specifically designed to be easy on the joints while providing a full-body workout. Because water provides natural resistance and buoyancy, you can improve your cardiovascular health and muscle tone without the "pounding" or strain of traditional land-based exercises. Every workout is different from the one before. Yoga stretching is always included as our cool down, so you’ll leave feeling stronger, refreshed and calm!
 
It’s essentially a water-based fitness party where you can get your heart rate up and stay cool, all while connecting with friends in the community.
 
Activity time: Every Monday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
