Our Yoga 55+ classes are designed to support strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Every class honors the wisdom and life experience you bring to the mat—yoga truly meets you where you are.
 
Wednesdays | 12:00 PM
This mid-week class is primarily mat-based and focuses on building core strength and supporting major muscle groups through mindful movement, stretching, and breath awareness. Chairs are always available to modify poses or may be incorporated into sequences as needed.
 
Fridays | 11:00 AM
Perfect for easing into the weekend, this gentler, more restorative class features more chair-based practice and relaxed poses. Emphasis is placed on balance, walking stability, recovery, and everyday functional movement.
Students of all experience levels—including beginners—are welcome. Our goal is simple: to have fun, feel good, and enjoy the many benefits yoga offers.
 
Activity time: Every Wednesday (12:00pm to 1:00pm) and Friday (11:00am to 12:00pm)
Activity location: The Aerobics Room
Cost: $5 per class or $20 per calendar month
